Helping People Think Better, Lead Smarter, and Enjoy Life.

If you need smart ideas, a clearer focus, or someone who can say the thing everyone else is dancing around…

  • There are plenty of people who can talk strategy. There are fewer people who can look at a business, a leadership team, a growth problem, an operational mess, a marketing gap, and a stalled opportunity — and actually see how it all connects. That’s what I do.

My background spans business development, operations, startup growth, nonprofit strategy, fundraising, marketing and sales, product development, event strategy, leadership support, and logistics and implementation. I’ve worked across industries and organizational structures, which means I don’t just understand one piece of the puzzle — I understand how all the pieces need to work together to actually move something forward.

I don’t look at your business through a single lens. I look at how your people are functioning, how your process is supporting or hurting you, where your opportunities actually are, what’s realistic, what’s missing, and what’s unnecessarily making everything harder.

Because a lot of organizations don’t need magic. They need clarity, alignment, and someone who can see the whole picture and help them move forward with purpose.

  • Every consulting engagement is different, but they usually start the same way: we figure out what’s actually going on. From there, I move through a simple, practical process—assess, clarify, and move. First, we identify what’s unclear, inefficient, misaligned, or getting in the way. Then we prioritize what matters most, define real opportunities, and create a smarter, more focused path forward. Finally, we put structure behind the strategy so the work can actually move—because a good plan only matters if it can be executed.

Depending on what you need, that work can take different forms. I offer one-time strategy sessions, project-based consulting, leadership advisory support, growth and planning engagements, and ongoing consulting relationships. Some clients need a sounding board, some need structure, and some need someone to step in and help move things forward. All are valid—and all start with clarity.

  • I work with businesses and nonprofits that have strong people, real potential, and a sense that things could be working better than they are. Often, these organizations have grown quickly or evolved over time, and what once worked no longer supports where they’re trying to go. There’s usually no shortage of effort—just a lack of alignment, clarity, or structure holding everything together.

I partner with founders, business owners, and leadership teams who are close to the work and need an outside perspective to connect the dots. They’re making decisions, managing teams, and pushing forward, but know there are gaps—whether in strategy, operations, messaging, or execution—that are slowing them down or creating unnecessary friction.

I’m especially helpful for organizations in transition: scaling, restructuring, launching something new, or trying to regain momentum. If your team is capable but stretched, your goals are clear but your path isn’t, or your organization feels busier than it is effective, that’s typically where I come in and help bring clarity, focus, and forward movement.
